Your role:

You provide project management of Atellica Solutions implementations for non-automation/automation sites.
You support highly complex customer projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. (Projects will be managed from pre-sale through customer go-live process ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved)
You lead all Siemens and customer activities on IDN & multi-site implementation projects.
You coordinate conference calls and/or face to face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects.
You drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies, including best install times with optimum customer satisfaction.
You provide formal presentations in front of large groups of Siemens personnel or customers.

You influence without authority, in a matrix environment.

Your expertise:

5+ years' work experience in Project Management in Healthcare setting or Laboratory.
BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are preferred.
Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus.
Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity.
Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms.
Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people, maintain pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence.
Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred.
History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred.
Candidate located within the Central Zone of USA are strongly preferred.
Willing to travel up to 25%.

The base pay range for this position is:

$89,220 - $122,672

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
