VIESTE, LLC is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing organization!

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of assigned projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within scope, schedule, and budget parameters. This incumbent has an extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques with proven experience in complex Public/Private projects.

The successful candidate for this position will be primarily responsible for:

Manage and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Visit site(s) regularly to monitor project performance, schedule, and expenditures with project staff, highlight potential challenges and provide leadership in responding creatively to bring projects in on schedule, under budget, and to the standard of quality expected.
Lead all OAC, subcontractor, and coordination meetings with a set agenda to provide for effective communication and problem solving.
Prepare & submit progress reports, budget reports, and change order requests.
Consistently manage the cash flow of the project to maintain a fiscally responsible position.
Ensure that all project closeout requirements are met, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty documentation, and that all work is completed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
Provide regular status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure project controls are implemented; assist in training new team members as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years demonstrated strong project management skills.
PMP/CAPM certification a plus.
5+ years demonstrated experience in commercial and/or economic development projects.
Ability to successfully manage clients and projects in a collaborative fashion and interface with vendors, subcontractors, and co-workers.
Demonstrated ability to direct the work of assigned project staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, to quality and project interdependencies are identified and actively managed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The selected candidate will be offered a starting salary annually and a comprehensive benefits package. This incumbent will be required to travel to client sites and company headquarters in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
