We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity of scope and compliance with design intent.
Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is performed according to industry standards.
Utilize construction estimating tools and HeavyBid to prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
Manage procurement processes by sourcing materials and services efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections using Civil 3D or similar software to monitor progress and resolve technical issues promptly.
Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and issues; communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and contractual obligations.
Implement construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for document control, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
Facilitate project meetings focused on progress review, problem-solving, and schedule adjustments.
Maintain meticulous records of contracts, change orders, safety incidents, and project documentation for audit readiness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or heavy civil projects.
Extensive site experience with a thorough understanding of construction processes on large-scale projects.
Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is essential.
Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision.
Familiarity with construction estimating tools like HeavyBid; experience with contracts management is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, or equivalent platforms for document control and collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Excellent communication skills for clear coordination among diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certifications such as OSHA safety training or PMP certification are preferred but not mandatory.
