Job Overview
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our projects, driving them from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards. Your expertise in construction management and project scheduling will be key as you navigate through contracts, blueprints, and schematics.

What you will do

Lead project planning and execution, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld
Coordinate with architects, engineers, employees and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project flow
Conduct construction estimating to ensure budget adherence while maximizing efficiency
Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Review blueprints and schematics to guide construction efforts accurately
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication
Continue to estimate, bid, and obtain new projects
Coordinate material procurement to maintain schedules

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or related field
Strong understanding of construction estimating principles
Familiarity with heavy civil projects and site experience

Preferred qualifications

2-3 years project management experience
Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
Ability to travel as required

Base Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
