We are looking for an Outside Project Manager who takes pride in organization, communication, and delivering a peaceful, professional experience for our customers from start to finish.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Outside Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects at once and serve as a key point of contact throughout the production process. You will coordinate jobs, order materials, introduce yourself to homeowners, and work closely with crews to ensure quality control and a smooth customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly organized, and customer-focused.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Serve as a professional, reassuring presence for homeowners
Coordinate job scheduling and logistics
Order and track materials for roofing, siding, windows, and gutter projects
Work alongside in-house crews and subcontractors
Oversee quality control and workmanship standards
Ensure jobsite cleanliness and professionalism
Proactively communicate updates and timelines
Address and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
