Duties

Sort various materials and products according to established guidelines and specifications.
Inspect items for quality and ensure they meet required standards before moving to the next stage of processing.
Operate sorting equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Report any discrepancies or issues with materials to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

No prior experience required.
Familiarity with construction-related skills such as frame carpentry, construction painting, electrical work, flooring installation, concrete finishing, blueprint reading, drywall installation, masonry, power tools usage, and trim carpentry is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Ability to read and write.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions closely.
