OPERATIONS ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER Frontier Services Group, LLC

Job Summary

The Operations Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for selling, estimating, and managing team members on jobsites by providing step by step direction, ensuring that jobs are performed efficiently in the allotted period. This position will be responsible for profitability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Estimation

· Contact customers to arrange a walk-through.

· Build an initial estimate based on the scope of work within three days of the site visit.

· Generate additional estimates for change order, supplements, and extras as required.

· Submit samples to Itel if necessary.

Project Planning and Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieving a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction.

· Ensure customer signs off on approved contract.

· Collect deductible and all progress payments from customer in timely manner.

Builds and implements a schedule, oversees projects in progress, ensures job is progressing correctly, and operations team are working efficiently.
Perform onsite inspections of operations service teamwork quality, job site progress, and cleanliness.
Verify that all equipment and materials are properly set up and logged for each job.

Budget Management

· Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial goals.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards.

Communication

· Maintains the primary point of contact for the customer during the duration of the job.

Explain the operations process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines.

· Communicate with insurance adjusters on the release of payment and to the overall performance of the job.

Project Documentation

Uploads scope photos, progress photos, and final completion photos into company software within required guidelines.
Uploads weekly notes into company software of job progress within required guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

· Proficient in the English language.

· Bilingual abilities are considered an advantage.

· Clear criminal background record.

Strong customer service skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
Familiarity with DASH/Next Gear Solutions or other CRM databases is advantageous.
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office suite, Windows operating systems, and Xactimate.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

An equivalent combination of the following education and experience would be acceptable for qualification. A common method of acquiring the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities is:

· Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.

· Proven experience as an Operations Estimator and Project Manager in the disaster relief industry.

Physical and Other Requirements

This is a field position, and working conditions may vary, ranging from extremely hot to cold depending on the climate. The position requires 8-hour days, flexible hours, and occasional extended hours. Daily travel is necessary for customer and vendor visits, and overnight stays may be required on occasion. Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
