About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager / Architect to lead the design process from programming through project closeout. This role requires a self-starter with deep knowledge of building systems—including architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical—and the ability to manage teams, consultants, budgets, and schedules with professionalism and precision.

Required Qualifications

· 5–10 years of professional experience

· Licensed architect (completion of ARE required)

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or MicroStation

· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

· Experience with project account management software

· Skills in internal budgeting, team scheduling, and proposal development

· Client management and specification writing expertise
