What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead complex civil engineering projects — heavy civil, industrial facilities, water/wastewater systems, and more — guiding them through design, permitting, and on-the-ground execution. That means:

Creating and reviewing designs, calculations, and materials for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.
Managing schedules, budgets, resources, and change orders with precision.
Coordinating closely with surveyors, designers, and construction crews to ensure seamless delivery.
Reviewing plans and drawings for compliance with standards and codes.
Mentoring junior engineers and technicians, sharing expertise in both design and build.
Partnering with clients and subcontractors, keeping communication clear and projects on track.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within a few months.
8+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
Expertise in site design, earthwork, hydrology, utilities, or roadway projects.
Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related design software.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
