The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Logistics & Operations Manager to take ownership of our logistics network, 3PL partnerships, and ERP workflows.

This role will also lead the transition from our current third-party back office to a fully in-house logistics operation, giving you the opportunity to build structure, refine processes, and elevate our logistics performance from the ground up.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across domestic and international channels, manage compliance and EDI workflows, and help shape the next stage of our supply chain infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily logistics operations with brokers, carriers, and 3PL warehouses.
Oversee and personally handle routing, shipping, invoicing, and compliance for key retailers like Dollar General, Kohl’s, Burlington, and Ross.
Supervise warehouse allocations and approvals through our back-office team.
Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity in Odoo ERP.
Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Production to resolve system or logistics issues.
Improve workflows, documentation, and cross-department efficiency.
Manage EDI transactions and troubleshoot issues for seamless order flow.
Oversee vendor and carrier relationships to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
Optimize routing and freight costs to boost service and margin performance.
Track logistics metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Reconcile warehouse inventory against actual inventory transactions — and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure financial accuracy.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a logistics leader who thrives in motion and brings structure to complexity:

· 5+ years in operations/logistics/supply chain, must include wholesale experience; CPG or home textiles experience preferred.

· HTS codes and duties knowledge is a MUST.

Strong background in ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and EDI management.
Solid knowledge of international freight, customs compliance, and 3PL coordination.
Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Analytical thinker with a proactive, detail-driven approach.
Excellent communicator who enjoys working across departments.
Willing to travel occasionally to our 3PL warehouses in California, Illinois, and New Jersey.
