Job Overview

FloorTech Concrete Coatings L.L.C is seeking a hard-working, experienced, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and excellent customer communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay: $65,000
PLUS Performance Bonuses: Up to $105,000+ total earning potential

Requirements (Must Have)

✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in Concrete Coatings (polyurea, polyaspartic, epoxy, grinding, prep, repairs, etc.)
✔ Minimum 4 years Project Management experience
✔ Hard-working attitude with strong customer service skills
✔ Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Report daily to our Fredericksburg, VA office
Assist with scheduling and managing daily projects
Interact with clients professionally and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Assign employees to projects and oversee workflow
Provide on-site leadership, problem-solving, and crew support
Maintain accurate project documentation, job notes, and updates
Oversee quality control and ensure all installations meet FloorTech standards

Qualifications

Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
Ability to work well within a team
Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
Basic computer and writing skills (email, CRM, scheduling apps)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication
Concrete coatings experience is required
