We at Coforge are seeking “Salesforce Project Coordinator” with the following skill set:

Project Support & Coordination

Coordinates with product owner and project team to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.
Under minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the technology and business groups in the development of CRM and enhancement of existing systems.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicates the business case to project team to assist with decision making and prioritization; keeps business case at fore-front to drive decisions.
Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes.
Communicate project updates and escalate issues when needed with technology/business stakeholders and Senior Leadership on project status, issues and risks.

Documentation & Reporting

Monitors processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, recommending improvements and strategies.
Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.
Provide regular visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.).

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Work with Dev and testing teams to explain requirements, do sanity checks and review test cases.
Provide acceptance criteria for stories and defects.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree.
Experience: 2–4 years in project coordination or project management, ideally in IT or CRM environments
Experience with Salesforce implementations, integrations, or enhancements is a strong plus.
