JOB DESCRIPTION:

Dry Otter Waterproofing is hiring a wood repair specialist to manage and grow our structural department. If you are stuck and looking to take your career to the next level this is your opportunity! Candidates MUST have previous experience (preferable 5+ years) with construction and repairs, most notably repairs in the crawl space, including structural repair, including but not limited to sills, girders, joists, subfloors and piers. Capable of reading engineering plans and managing a project from start to finish. The right candidate will grow the department to multiple crews and manage all projects.

REQUIRMENTS:

Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have boundless energy and enthusiasm.
Highly motivated and able to work independently.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Must have a current and valid drivers license.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

PAY:

$60,000 - $100,000 with Bonus Plan
