Responsibilities

Install shower and bath systems according to manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Provide friendly and respectful customer service in homeowners’ homes
Communicate any job-related needs, issues, or updates to the AWS team

Qualifications

Experience installing shower and bath systems
Basic plumbing knowledge
Mid-size or larger work van, box truck, or truck-and-trailer combination
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Clear and professional communication skills
Valid CT Home Improvement Contractor License
Proper liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage
