We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Commercial Construction Laborer to join our small but growing company. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the construction industry and gain hands-on experience across multiple job sites in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day construction tasks on commercial job sites
Perform material handling, site cleanup, basic installations, and general labor duties
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
Travel to various job sites throughout the Indianapolis area as required

Requirements

Fluent English (written and verbal)
Must pass a background check and drug test
Steel-toed boots and basic light-duty hand tools
Ability to lift 25+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation to travel between different job sites
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and take direction

Preferred Qualifications

Carpentry experience or other relevant trade skills
Prior commercial construction experience

(Carpentry experience will be reflected in compensation.)

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
