Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Workers to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of building tasks. Responsibilities

Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools
Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks
Perform basic construction duties including digging, lifting, carrying, and material placement
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
Operate hand tools and power tools
Assist in site cleanup and maintenance to keep work areas safe and organized
Adhere to project timelines and quality standards

Experience

Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is a plus
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to follow directions carefully and work effectively as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
