Job Summary

Duties

Assist with the preparation of project sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
Operate basic tools such as drills, saws, hammers, and more
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Help with the installation of building components including framing, drywall, flooring, and roofing materials
Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify hazards or issues that need addressing
Support the transportation and delivery of materials to various locations on the site
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience

Previous experience in construction or manual labor roles is mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided for motivated candidates looking to expand their skill sets .
Ability to operate basic construction tools and equipment safely
Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and carry for extended periods
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction sites is advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced professionals
