NGM Home Renovations is looking for a motivated and dependable Renovation Helper/Technician to join our team. You don’t need to know everything, but you must have basic hands-on experience, a willingness to learn fast, and a strong work ethic. We are willing to teach the right person — as long as you hustle, stay focused, and show up ready to work every day.

This position is for someone who wants to grow in the construction/renovation trade and take pride in what they do. If you’re the type of person who pushes yourself, learns quickly, and doesn’t need to be babysat, you’ll fit in perfectly. If you’re lazy, constantly on your phone, or just looking to “be on payroll,” this job is not for you.

What You’ll Do

Assist with home renovation tasks (demo, framing, drywall, flooring, etc.)
Learn new skills and take direction quickly
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Work with power tools and hand tools (training provided if needed)
Show up on time and ready to work every day

What We’re Looking For

Some experience with construction or home renovation (preferred)
Eager to learn and able to pick things up quickly
Strong work ethic — hustle, effort, and reliability are a must
Able to follow instructions and work without constant supervision
Must have reliable transportation

Pay

Competitive and based on experience, with room to grow as your skills grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
