Who We Are:

Thermatool is the leading supplier of high frequency welders for the tube and pipe industry. If you look at any tubular-shaped product that you might encounter (water pipes, structural tubing, precision automotive components, etc.), it was likely made on a mill that depends on a Thermatool welder. Our welders employ radio frequencies to deliver eye-popping power using induction coupling: just like your wireless phone charger except 100,000 times as powerful. In combination with our sister companies, we lead the industry with a line of products for tube mills that include high speed flying shears that slice through metal while moving at a speed of over 1,000 feet per minute. For over 70 years, we have set the standard in our industry for quality, reliability and excellent service.
