About the Role

As a Roof & Gutter Maintenance Technician, you'll handle gutter cleaning, minor roofing maintenance, and protective inspections. This hands-on role ensures you're not just cleaning—you’re preserving homes and honing a valuable trade skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, repair, and maintain gutters and downspouts with precision and safety.
Perform minor roofing tasks—seal flashing, replace shingles or fascia as needed.
Use fall protection, ladders, and safety gear confidently.
Document work with before/after photos and report visible damage.
Keep sites tidy, respectful of homes and neighborhoods.
Engage customers professionally—represent our team with integrity and care.

Qualifications

Technical:

Prior roofing, exterior maintenance, or construction experience is strongly preferred.
Facility with hand and power tools.
Comfortable working at heights and in varied weather.
OSHA or fall-safety certified? That’s a huge plus

Personal:

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Pride in workmanship and strong customer focus.
