Project Manager Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative background who is ready to take on responsibilities that direct support project managers and department heads in delivering successful projects.

This individual will need to be able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, be capable of working independently, and as a part of a larger team. Required Education/Experience:

· High School Diploma

· 2 years of previous administrative experience related to construction or similar services

· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, construction management, or other related field

Required Skills:

Written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization
Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor
Reliability, work ethic, and focus
Acute attention to detail
Able to lift 50 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities

This list is intended to provide a range of duties and responsibilities pertaining to this role but does not include all the requirements of this position. Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Maintain inventory

· Check in material upon delivery to warehouse

· Routine counts of material

· Item transfers within accounting software

· Update item pricing and add new items as required

· Creating/tracking purchase orders

Verify Job Costs

· Verify material used on service projects

· Process timecards for the previous day in a timely manner

· Work with vendors to correct invoices

Assist in Job Documentation and Set up

· Creating/maintaining job files in multiple systems

· Apply for permits

· Sending submittals to customer including permits, O&Ms, drawings, and inspection reports

Customer Service

· Filter and transfer calls on main phone line

· Build and maintain professional relationships with customers

· Backup Service Manager with scheduling

General Information:

Shifts Monday through Friday, 7 am through 3:30 pm
Compensation starts at $24 per hour and is based on previous experience
Background check required
Drug screening required
