Duties

Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
Help with the installation of structural components such as framing, drywall, or flooring under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on site
Follow safety protocols diligently and use personal protective equipment at all times
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as trained and authorized
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment throughout the project lifecycle
Support site cleanup efforts at the end of each workday to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Basic understanding of construction safety practices; OSHA training certification is a plus but not required
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior experience in construction or manual labor is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided for motivated candidates
Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
