Lead Contents Technician
Full-Time | Bilingual (English/Spanish) | Restoration Industry

We are a well-established, family-owned restoration company seeking a Lead Contents Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the restoration or contents handling field and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Lead and train team members in packing, cleaning, inventorying, and storing customer contents after water, fire, or mold damage
Ensure quality control and proper documentation of all contents handled
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in restoration or related field
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
