What You’ll Do

Analyze roofing layouts and install systems (concrete tile, asphalt, cedar, metal) with the precision of an engineer drawing schematics.
Optimize crew workflow, steady as a metronome, keeping the entire team in sync.
Forecast issues before they appear, like a pilot scanning the skies for turbulence before takeoff.
Refine job site quality through safety and cleanliness; every site you leave looks like a showroom.
Support efficiency by following procedures so exact that they read like an instruction manual for excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of residential roofing experience
Proficiency with multiple roofing materials (concrete tile, asphalt, cedar, metal)
Deep familiarity with safety protocols and clean work practices
Physically able to lift and carry 80+ lbs
Valid driver’s license, reliability starts long before the job site.
Clean background and drug-free
U.S. citizen or valid work visa, no exceptions.
