Position Summary
Manages planning and execution of large strategic initiatives across Small Group organization. Partners with leaders across Small Group eco-system to ensure successful implementation and monitoring of initiatives. Reports initiative status, asks and priorities to Senior Leaders.

Required Qualifications

4 to 6 years of progressive project management experience and/or data reporting and analysis
Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate potential project risks and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards
Experience in managing and tracking financial aspects of projects
Experience partnering with IT, Product, Installation and other Shared Services
Experience building reporting and story for Senior Leaders
Knowledge of Excel and Quickbase
Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in IT methodologies (agile, scrum, etc.)
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)
Experience managing technology initiatives

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
