The Role:

Lead and manage modular multifamily construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and in-house teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Manage schedules, budgets, and contracts.
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are upheld across all operations.
Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

The Person:

Experience in construction project management (multifamily or modular)
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
Track record of delivering projects successfully and to a high standard.
