Position Summary:
We’re looking for a Line Layout / Snapper to join our field team. This role is critical to the success of our framing operations — ensuring that all walls, partitions, and framing elements are laid out accurately and efficiently according to project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings to determine wall, partition, and structural layout.
Snap chalk lines on floors, decks, and slabs to mark walls, openings, and framing locations.
Work closely with the Foreperson to ensure layouts match plans and reflect any approved changes.
Maintain organization of layout tools, plans, and reference points on site.
Verify accuracy of measurements and ensure quality control during layout phase.
Support crew setup and transitions between floors or phases.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of layout or framing experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Strong understanding of measurements, square, and layout geometry.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Must be able to work outdoors and travel to different job sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
