Looking for a focused and dedicated Project Supervisor with experience overseeing restaurant construction, preferably with Quick Service Restaurant experience. Must have an eye for every detail, Client’s 100% satisfaction is absolutely crucial. Clear and concise communication with supervisor and staff is also crucial to a project being finished on time and done to spec. This particular project is a fast-growing Quick service restaurant chain and are being built all over the country.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
Manage project scheduling and budgeting, utilizing construction management software such as ProCore.
Supervise construction teams, ensuring quality control and effective communication among all stakeholders.
Review blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met, while providing guidance on construction estimating and contract management.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
