About this Position / Responsibilities:

NFF is seeking a Project Coordinator for one of its premier DC customers. In this role, you will work with a large group of senior level Project Managers assisting with a large array of projects. The ideal candidate will be the central point of communication for project managers, field staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.

Assist in setting up projects in the software system, maintain all documents and files, and close out projects
Prepares proper correspondence, project reports, and meeting minutes between the remaining project team.
Track project progress, monitor budgets and expenditures, and prepare status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
Maintain project records, documents, and files, and ensure all materials are up-to-date and properly stored.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance or other related field
3+ years of relevant Project Coordinate experience
1+ years of expreience with JIRA a must
1+ years of experience Confluence a must
