As a Restoration Lead Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of disaster recovery—managing projects, directing workflows, and delivering expert restoration services that bring properties back to pre-loss condition.

What You’ll Do

Lead mitigation projects (water, fire, mold, smoke) from start to finish.
Direct crews and coordinate workflows to ensure high-quality results.
Serve as the professional point of contact for homeowners, adjusters, and project managers.
Document all job details using industry software (MICA, DASH, moisture mapping).
Perform hands-on restoration tasks: water extraction, demolition, drying, cleaning, and more.
Manage equipment use, cleanliness, and readiness on every site.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience. 3–5 years of consistent restoration fieldwork is a must.
Leadership. Comfortable running job sites and directing crews.
Certification. IICRC strongly preferred (WRT, ASD, etc.).
Communication. Clear, professional, and client-focused.
Detail-Oriented. Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Tech-Savvy. Familiar with job management tools like MICA and DASH.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license + clean driving record.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Availability for rotating on-call shifts (including evenings and weekends).
