Our client, a leading organization in the Greater Philadelphia area, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects spanning multiple business units. This role is ideal for a versatile PM who can balance structure, communication, and execution in a fast-moving, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full project life cycle activities from initiation through closing.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, drive alignment, and resolve project obstacles.
- Maintain strong communication with business stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams to ensure project visibility and success.
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA to track progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate for each project.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise project governance, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including short-term initiatives and long-duration enterprise programs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of professional Project Management experience.
- Proven ability to manage full project life cycles across multiple workstreams.
- Experience working with MS Project and JIRA.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH/Hybrid environment while collaborating across the organization.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
