Summary:
The Global Project Manager ensures that alexanderwang's marketing and creative initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned across functions and regions. This role provides structure and visibility, enabling leaders across creative, digital, content, and marketing operations to focus on strategy and execution.
This role manages integrated campaign timelines, ensures effective cross-functional coordination, and oversees the distribution of creative assets across all markets and platforms.
In addition to driving workflow efficiency, the Global Project Manager ensures that toolkits, campaign content, and seasonal deliverables are developed, distributed, and adapted consistently across digital, eCommerce, social, and traditional media channels. The ideal candidate balances speed and quality, enabling teams to execute campaigns with clarity, precision, and brand-right delivery. This role will report into the Head of Global Marketing Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end management of multiple concurrent projects, from seasonal campaign briefs through final delivery.
- Build and maintain integrated timelines across creative, digital, eCommerce, PR, content, and APAC/China teams.
- Track progress, identify risks, and surface solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Manage workflows for both global toolkits and fast-turn, social-first content.
Toolkit Development & Distribution
- Coordinate the creation and rollout of global content suites and campaign toolkits.
- Ensure assets are adapted and distributed consistently for regional use (APAC, China, EMEA, NA).
- Maintain clarity on deliverables, usage rights, and localization needs.
Content Oversight
- Partner with creative, production, and eCommerce teams to ensure assets meet specifications across digital, print, OOH, CRM, social, and experiential channels.
- Ensure platform-specific optimization (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Oversee content readiness for product drops, retail activations, and seasonal launches.
Workflow & Process Optimization
- Refine workflows to balance speed with quality across campaign production.
- Standardize briefing templates, approval flows, and communication processes.
- Manage project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet) and onboard teams to drive adoption.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Review deliverables to ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative standards.
- Confirm usage rights, licensing requirements, and global brand guidelines are met.
- Maintain content libraries and metadata for long-term accessibility.
Reporting & Performance
- Partner with Marketing Ops to track campaign timelines, asset usage, and ROI.
- Deliver regular project updates to leadership, highlighting priorities and risks.
- Lead post-mortems and integrate lessons learned into future workflows.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project or creative operations management within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience managing multi-channel creative deliverables across digital, eCommerce, and traditional media.
- Proven track record in toolkit development and regional adaptation.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and digital asset systems.
- Understanding of China/APAC social platforms preferred; Mandarin skills a plus.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, global environments with shifting priorities.

In compliance with the New York City salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $90,000 to $100,000, which represents a range commensurate with experience, knowledge, and skills required.
