Acrylic Shower/Bath Installer – 1099 Independent Contractor

Location: Little Rock and surrounding areas

Pay Range: $75,000 – $140,000/year (based on skill & project volume)

**Must have truck, box truck, full-size van, or enclosed trailer to transport materials to the home sites and must have tools to complete projects (1099 position)**

We’re looking for experienced Acrylic Shower/Bath Installers to join our network of independent contractors in central Arkansas. If you’re an expert at transforming outdated bathrooms into functional, beautiful spaces — and want consistent, high-paying work without chasing leads — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Perform complete bathroom remodels focused on acrylic tub and shower systems from tear-out to final caulk line.
- Install new plumbing valves, PEX, fixtures, and acrylic wall surrounds.
- Handle related upgrades such as luxury vinyl flooring, cabinets, countertops, drywall repair, and more.
- Follow ZINTEX installation standards to ensure every job meets our quality benchmarks.
- Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath/shower.
- Maintain a clean, respectful workspace and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You Need

- Truck, box truck, full-size van, or enclosed trailer capable of transporting materials to job sites. (Mandatory)
- Your own installation tools and equipment.
- Minimum 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience.
- Ability to take precise measurements and use standard power tools.
- Basic plumbing knowledge preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-first mindset.
