Overview
We are seeking skilled professionals across all construction trades. This opportunity is ideal for experienced tradespeople, apprentices, and those eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment. Candidates will be involved in a variety of construction projects, ranging from residential to commercial builds, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. All positions are paid, including internships, providing valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Duties

Perform tasks related to various construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and drywall installation.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately execute project requirements.
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist in site preparation, material handling, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met with high-quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on-site.
Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Experience

Prior experience in any construction trade or related field is preferred but not mandatory; training opportunities are available for motivated individuals.
Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations is advantageous.
Ability to read technical documents and blueprints is a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.
