Job Description

We are actively seeking current or former firefighters to join our emergency response team. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to help generate fire damage restoration leads throughout the Baltimore area. This position involves responding quickly to fire incidents, connecting with property owners, and helping coordinate emergency restoration services.

Responsibilities

· Monitor fire incidents in the Baltimore and surrounding areas

· Travel to fire locations to make contact with property owners when appropriate

· Provide information about emergency board-up, fire damage cleanup, and restoration services

· Communicate leads to the restoration team immediately

· Maintain professionalism and compassion when dealing with homeowners during stressful situations

Qualifications

· Current or former firefighter (career or volunteer) preferred

· Experience with emergency response, fire scenes, or disaster situations

· Ability to work in high-pressure environments

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Clean driving record and valid driver's license

. Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with distressed property owners. Must be professional, respectful, and able to represent the company well

. Strong knowledge of fire restoration services or willingness to learn quickly.

. Ability to work flexible hours , including evenings, nights, and weekends, as fires occur unpredictably.

. Ability to work independently and make quick decisions while under pressure.

. Basic understanding of insurance claims and understanding how fire losses are assessed.
