United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 2020. UIS is a U.S. subsidiary of United Integrated Services Co., Ltd. (UIS Taiwan) which was founded in Taiwan in 1982. UIS is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company. We provide fully integrated design-build services to our clients in the high-technology industry for their manufacturing facility needs. Our scope of services includes engineering design, high-tech factory planning, and on-time equipment and material delivery in which clean-room systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and tool hook-up, are all vital parts in need of total coordination.

Summary: The inventory specialist (AAS) is responsible for executing inventory control processes for the AAS scope, ensuring accurate tracking, visibility, and availability of materials from receipt through installation. This role supports field operations by maintaining real-time material awareness and resolving discrepancies that impact workflow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits for AAS materials
Track and verify material movement (receiving, storage, staging, and issued to field)
Maintain accurate material location tracking and identification
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and misplaced materials
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and AAS field teams to confirm material readiness
Ensure all materials are properly labeled, documented and traceable
Maintain accurate inventory records within tracking systems
Provide daily reporting on inventory status, discrepancies, and material readiness
Support audits and material verification requests from leadership and field teams
Coordinate daily with AAS engineering team logistics liaison
Follow all established logistics and inventory control processes
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma/GED in a related field.
2+ years warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred

Skills and Competencies:

Understanding of the supply chain process and warehouse management processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Ability to use inventory management software, such as WASP/Jovix
Follow best practices for inventory control to minimize loss, damage, or overstocking.
Ensure that inventory procedures support company objectives for service levels and financial performance.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices in a warehouse setting.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High level of attention to detail, and highly organized.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs.
Maintain real-time visibility of material location and status.
Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, and subcontractors.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.

Language Proficiency:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Additional Requirements:

Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license. May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions.

Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and moving mechanical equipment.
Indoor and/or outdoor work environments, which may include varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or active job sites, depending on project requirements.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
Interaction with powered industrial equipment, tools, and vehicles.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for transporting documents, equipment, and other materials as needed. The role involves extended periods standing, walking and/or of sitting while working at a computer. Frequent movement between the construction trailer and various areas of the construction site is necessary.

The position is based at the construction job site (trailer office). Even though the exposure of hazardous work conditions would be minimal, the employee may be required to visit the work area of the jobsite and thus be exposed to some typical work hazards that may be present on a construction site, such as dust, moving machineries, weather, caustic chemicals, noise etc. UIS would provide the required safety protection to ensure the safety of UIS employees and comply with all OSHA standards.
