Job Title: Framer/Carpenter

As a Framer/Carpenter, you will play a vital role in bringing projects to life through your expertise in various construction techniques. Your hands-on experience will be essential as you collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. You will engage in a variety of tasks making each day an exciting challenge.

What you’ll do

Rough framing and building wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring
Doing joinery work that includes installing joists and studs, installing flashing and securing structural supports
Choosing the appropriate wood materials for interior and outdoor projects, choosing high-quality materials and matching clients’ budgets
Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings and building in compliance with code standards

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in construction site environments with hands-on skills in various trades

Preferred qualifications

Proficiency in carpentry, woodworking, metal stud framing, and heavy lifting
Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in construction
