Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Do you have experience in managing work site road construction projects? If so, Stark Pavement Corporation is looking to expand our team of construction professionals. We are looking for the right individual to provide new and existing commercial, industrial, and municipal customers with asphalt/concrete pavement, curb & gutter, sidewalk, and related services. Those with a strong background in sales and experience in the industry will be well positioned for this role with a growing organization and excellent earning potential.

What you’ll do:

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our customer base and strategic business partners across a variety of sectors.
Listen and provide solutions to our clients to address their facility needs.
Measure and estimate the quantity of materials and amount of labor and equipment needed to complete the client’s project.
Provide competitive pricing and viable alternatives when necessary to accomplish our clients’ goals.
Communicate effectively with internal staff to ensure administrative recordkeeping is performed accurately and efficiently.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans and scope as needed.
Maintain a punctual and dedicated work ethic.
Reinforce a positive culture of safety by upholding regulatory and company policies.
Other related duties as assigned.

Skills you’ll need:

A four-year accredited degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Alternatively, five-plus years of experience in paving project management/sales will be considered.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer skills to use different software programs.
Valid driver’s license
Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug screening
Knowledge of concrete materials and placement techniques
Ability to maintain flexible schedule in order to accommodate minimal disruption to our customers’ operations

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
