Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Contents Cleaning Technician to join our disaster restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, pack-out, and restoring personal belongings (contents) affected by fire, water, or mold damage.

Responsibilities:

Perform inventory, pack, and move contents from damaged residential/commercial properties.
Clean, deodorize, and restore items such as furniture, electronics, clothing, and fragile household goods.
Utilize specialized cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
Maintain accurate documentation of all packed and restored items.
Provide excellent customer service to clients during stressful situations.
Assist restoration and remediation crews on jobs if necessary

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or content handling preferred but we can train you.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle fragile items with care.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Valid driver’s license.
You must be able to pass a background check - no felonies
