Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and compassionate Restoration Technician to join our team. This role is essential in helping customers recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. The ideal candidate is hardworking, empathetic, and committed to providing high-quality service, even in stressful situations. No prior experience is required— we are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a desire to grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the restoration of residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage.
Provide empathetic and professional customer service, understanding that clients may be experiencing emotional and stressful situations.
Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, drying, and sanitation tasks as needed.
Set up and monitor restoration equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and extraction tools.
Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
Document job progress, upload photos, and maintain accurate notes.
Support team members and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.
Participate in on-call rotations for emergency response situations.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn—training provided.
Ability to show empathy, patience, and professionalism when working with clients.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in various conditions, including water-damaged or fire-affected environments.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
