We are seeking a skilled Lead Concrete Finisher to work under our foreman, with the ability to independently lead a crew to finish slabs to our high company standards when the foreman is not present. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a foreman position for the right candidate who demonstrates leadership, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Finish concrete with the crew to meet company expectations, with or without the foreman present.
Perform basic layouts and demonstrate entry to moderate plan reading skills.
Train and mentor new hires and crew members, fostering a culture of teamwork and skill development.
Maintain a strong work ethic, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality.
Uphold safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
Clean driving record is required to have the potential to use a company truck.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a concrete finisher, with expertise in slab finishing.
Ability to lead a crew independently and maintain company quality standards.
Entry to moderate plan reading skills and proficiency in basic layouts.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Passion for teaching and training new team members.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
