Duties

Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout, material staging, and safety measures
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform tasks such as framing, roofing, concrete finishing, and demolition
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
Perform tasks related to carpentry, masonry, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and trim carpentry
Support specialized work such as plumbing, stucco application, caulking, glass installation, cabinet hanging

Requirements

Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or concrete finishing
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively
Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate project execution
Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA regulations relevant to construction environments
Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials as needed
Basic understanding of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and techniques
