Hydrovac Operator — R.A.P.I.D. Teams

RIPROCK LLC | Kuna, Idaho | Travel required | $40/hour DOE

Veteran-owned. Veterans encouraged to apply. Will train the right candidate.

Who We Are

R.A.P.I.D. Teams (Rapid Activated Project & Incident Deployment) are RIPROCK's hydro excavation crews built for emergency mobilization and time-sensitive work. We support contractors, utilities, municipalities, pipeline companies, and power providers who need crews to mobilize across the mountain west

We are a small group. Everyone on it is highly motivated and very well compensated, and we keep it that way by being selective about who we bring in. Experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you have the drive, the work ethic, and the judgment, we will teach you the truck.

Who We're Looking For

Self-starters who show up ready, stay ready, and don't need to be pushed
People who want to be paid well and are willing to earn it
Problem-solvers who can operate with minimal supervision and represent RIPROCK anywhere we send them
Prior hydrovac experience is welcome, but attitude and motivation come first
