Project Manager (Delivery Owner) — Right Step Flooring

Pay: $65,000–$70,000 per year

Mission

Own the customer journey end-to-end. Hit activation fast, deliver on-time with no surprises, capture proof, and drive referrals: activate → testimonial → refer → ascend

Outcomes you own

Activation locked early: materials staged + install date set.
Jobs on-time, within scope, margin protected (COs captured, subs aligned).
Raw reviews collected at closeout (built into the journey; raw > polished)

What you’ll do

Run Sales → Ops handoff; verify signed contract, deposit, and finalized selections before scheduling.
Coordinate subs; enforce standards, safety, photo cadence, and punch process.
Change orders: capture in writing; confirm price/timeline impacts before work.
Sub management: onboard new subs (COI/W-9, agreements, rate card); schedule first-job training with Foreman; maintain Sub Standards.
Sub payment sheets: track milestones, COs, deliverables; submit for pay with lien releases.
CRM ownership: move every job through stages (Sold → Activated → Materials Ordered → Scheduled → In-Progress → Punch → Closeout → Paid → Review Collected → Warranty) with required artifacts.
Closeout: walkthrough, deficiencies resolved, invoice/collect, review captured (QR/link), before/after assets + permissions.

Must-haves

3+ years PM experience in flooring/remodel/construction.
Sharp scheduler and communicator; comfortable running multiple crews/jobs.
Strong CO discipline and cost control.
Tech-capable: PM tools, CRM, mobile photo/docs.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with wood/LVP/carpet/tile installs.
Built playbooks/checklists before; loves simple systems that scale.
