Restano Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric is looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our warehouse facility in East Pittsburgh, PA. This role is key to keeping our field technicians equipped and our service operations running smoothly. Pay: $50,000-$60,000

Location: East Pittsburgh, PA

What You'll Be Doing:

Warehouse Operations Management

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, staging, and distributing parts and equipment
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of internal orders for field teams
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for workflow and efficiency

Inventory Control & Accuracy

Maintain accurate inventory levels, using tools like ServiceTitan to monitor and replenish stock
Oversee inventory control processes such as cycle counts and product tracking
Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory trends and improve operations

Safety and Compliance

Enforce warehouse safety practices that meet OSHA and industry standards
Maintain a safe working environment through proper handling, storage, and housekeeping procedures

Supplier & Documentation Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery or material issues
Approve invoices using Stampli and manage related documentation

What You'll Bring to the Team:

3+ years of warehouse or supply house experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry preferred)
Familiarity with ServiceTitan for inventory and replenishment
Experience approving invoices through Stampli
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory and performance tracking
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
