Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety standards. Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Duties

Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
Follow blueprints, drawings, and instructions to complete assigned tasks
Support the installation of structures, framing, drywall, flooring, or other building components
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques is advantageous but not required
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
Prior experience in construction or related manual labor roles is a plus but not essential

Pay: $23.98 - $28.87 per hour
