Build the operation. Help shape the company. Share in the upside.

An established North Florida development company is launching a new civil construction operation and is looking for an experienced field leader to help take it from startup to a successful, growing business.

This is more than a superintendent position. The right person will have the opportunity to take an ownership role in the new division, with the financial resources, equipment, licensing, and administrative infrastructure already in place.

You bring the field expertise and leadership. The company provides the foundation and capital needed to get the operation moving.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in establishing day-to-day construction operations, leading field crews, managing production, and helping build the processes and team needed to grow the division.

You won’t be starting with an empty bank account or a parking lot full of rented equipment. The operation is backed by an established organization with resources ready to go.

Resources Already in Place

Capital committed to launching and growing the operation
GPS-equipped dozers, excavators, and other modern construction equipment
Existing contractor and underground utility licenses
Accounting, banking, and administrative support
An established organization with experience building and scaling businesses
Financial and operational support as the division develops

The Experience We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a seasoned civil construction professional who knows how to get work done in the field and lead people effectively.

You should have experience with:

Underground utility installation
Crew supervision and field operations
GPS-controlled excavation and grading equipment
Site grading and preparation
Road construction
Civil construction projects
Scheduling, production, and jobsite coordination
Building and motivating strong field teams

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with underground utility construction is required.

Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.

What’s Included

Along with the ownership opportunity, the position includes:

Equity participation in the new civil contracting division
401(k) with company match
Health insurance
Dental and vision coverage
Paid time off

Ready for the Next Step?

If you’ve spent years running crews and managing civil construction projects and have thought about eventually running an operation of your own, this could be an opportunity to make that transition with substantial financial and operational backing already behind you.

Bring your construction experience. Help build the operation. Have a stake in what it becomes.
