In this role you will i nstall and maintain all machinery and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

Train and supervise employees of the maintenance department
Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work beyond the everyday operations.
Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
Ensure that plant equipment and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required.
Ensure health, regulatory and safety policies are complied with.
Communicate with department managers for scheduling required service.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in maintenance management role
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Experience in planning maintenance operations, and utilization of a PMs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
