Job Overview

Owns Pop Mart’s carrier strategy across parcel, LTL, FTL, and cross-border logistics, ensuring cost-efficient and scalable transportation for retail and e-commerce.

What You Will Achieve:

• Assess and manage carrier agreements (UPS, FedEx, GLS, SEKO, etc.).

• Oversee daily transportation execution for B2B and B2C deliveries.

• Partner with 3PLs to manage routing, zone optimization, and carrier mix.

• Implement carrier performance scorecards and on-time delivery analysis.

• Manage peak season strategy and capacity planning.

• Evaluate cross-border freight options for Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics Management.

• 5–8 years of experience in domestic and international transportation.

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

• Experience with TMS or parcel analytics systems preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
