This role is NOT for assistants, coordinators, or PMs who only manage one big job at a time.

We are hiring a Renovation & Small Projects Project Manager (RAM) to own estimating, pricing, and delivery for ongoing repair, renovation, and tenant improvement work across assigned client accounts.

This is not a one-off bidding role.
You will control a book of business that produces steady, repeat projects.

What you will do

You will be the go-to construction partner for assigned client accounts. That means:

Walk sites, capture scope, and build estimates
Price, propose, and win repeat renovation work
Manage projects from approval through close-out
Grow your accounts by identifying additional work
Control margins, schedule, and quality

Your goal is simple:
Turn client relationships into a steady pipeline of profitable work.

What success looks like

You manage a rolling pipeline of renovation & repair projects
You produce accurate estimates and scopes
Your jobs stay on budget and close clean
Your accounts keep calling you with more work
You generate at least $2M+ per year in RAM project volume

What we’re looking for

You don’t have to come from corporate construction — we are looking for someone who knows how to run small to mid-size jobs and price them well.

You should have:

2+ years of construction or renovation project management
2+ years of estimating or pricing work
Experience with Xactimate, ProEst, or similar (or the ability to learn fast)
Strong communication with clients and trades
The ability to manage multiple jobs at once
